Community Design & Delivery
Engaged by Quinn Residences as Development Manager, Placewell is delivering Snapping Shoals in Henry County, Georgia - from the ground up, from land planning and entitlements through to horizontal development across 287 pad-ready lots, community amenity design and construction, and final handover.
Dorchester Place
Historic Preservation & Community Revival
Engaged by Quinn Residences to transform an unfinished community left behind by the Global Financial Crisis, Placewell coordinated the design of 20 home plans inspired by the architectural character of Georgia's Covington Historic District and guided the approval and delivery of 82 homes, before completing the remaining 16 homes for Rivermoore Homes.
Winder Retreat
Community Amenity Design & Delivery
Engaged by Quinn Residences as Development Manager, Placewell designed and delivered the full amenity program for Winder Retreat in Winder, Georgia - coordinating architecture, landscape, permitting, and construction of a clubhouse, pool, children's playground, and entry monuments. Placewell also transformed a disused pond opposite the amenity site into an activated community precinct, complete with dog park, walking trail, and open space landscaping.
Heron Pointe
Community Design & Delivery
Engaged by Trilogy Investment Co. as Development Manager, Placewell is delivering Heron Pointe - a 414-lot residential community across 184 acres in Hardeeville, South Carolina, from pre-acquisition due diligence through to community handover, to national builder - NVR / Ryan Homes.
Covington Town Center
Community Amenity Design & Delivery
Engaged by Quinn Residences as Development Manager, Placewell delivered the Covington Town Center amenity in Covington Georgia - managing design, permitting, contractor procurement, construction, and interior fitout of a new clubhouse, pool, playground, entry monuments, and community landscaping through to resident-ready handover.
