Pond Precinct & Open Space Activation

A standout element of Winder Retreat was Placewell's redesign and activation of a disused and previously inaccessible pond located opposite the main amenity site. Working with Brunson & Co, Placewell transformed the neglected water feature into a fully accessible community amenity, incorporating a dog park, walking trail, and landscaped open space that connected the pond to the broader community. The project significantly enhanced the amenity offer and liveability of the development, turning an overlooked asset into one of Winder Retreat's most distinctive community features.

Construction, Fitout & Handover

Placewell procured and managed Southland Partners as amenity contractor, overseeing delivery of the clubhouse, pool, entry monuments, mail kiosk, and all associated community landscaping and pond precinct works. Greenlines was engaged as landscape contractor for the individual lot and open space planting programme, and Denyse Signage coordinated all community signage. Placewell briefed and managed Cortland Design on the clubhouse interior fitout, completing FF&E procurement, installation, and final inspections before formal handover of the completed amenity precinct to Quinn Residences.
