We partnered with Placewell on a very unique and highly sensitive project in a historic preservation district in Georgia. Placewell’s ability to balance community integrity with stakeholder engagement was exemplary. They led a rigorous design and entitlement process, overcoming major opposition and delivering some of the best homes I've had the pleasure to build. I've since re-engaged them on a new project and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, especially on projects requiring a more considered, challenging approach to home design, placemaking and community engagement.
