Engaged by Quinn Residences as Development Manager, Placewell delivered the Covington Town Center amenity in Covington Georgia - managing design, permitting, contractor procurement, construction, and interior fitout of a new clubhouse, pool, playground, entry monuments, and community landscaping through to resident-ready handover.

Design & Permitting

Engaged by Quinn Residences as Development Manager for the Covington Town Center community amenity precinct in Covington, Georgia, Placewell led the full design and permitting program from inception. Working alongside AH2 Design (architecture) and Brunson & Co (landscape architecture), Placewell managed the preparation and amendment of the clubhouse design, coordinated the FF&E fitout scheme with Cortland Design (interior designer), and secured all required approvals from the City of Covington — including the Land Disturbance Permit (LDP) and building permit — to enable construction to commence.

Construction & Delivery

Placewell managed the procurement and oversight of Southland Partners as amenity contractor, coordinating construction of the clubhouse, pool, entry monuments, mail kiosk, and all associated community landscaping (by Greenlines and Southern Design) and open space improvements. Weekly site visits, progress reporting, and contractor management ensured delivery to schedule and to the client's design and quality standards.

Fitout & Handover

Following practical completion of the building shell, Placewell oversaw the full clubhouse fitout — managing FF&E procurement, installation, and final inspections in collaboration with Cortland Design. The completed amenity precinct was formally handed over to Quinn Residences, ready for resident activation and ongoing management.
